Tilton, NH: Mrs. Patricia A. Nadeau, 68, of Tilton, formerly of Franklin, died at Concord Hospital on Oct. 6, 2005.

She was born in Indianapolis, Ind. On Nov. 13, 1936 the daughter of Uriah and Marie (Harris) Holden. Pat resided in Franklin since her marriage to Andy 51 years ago. Pat and Andy moved to Tilton a few years ago. She was formerly employed at the Franklin IGA and the former Goodwin’s Hallmark Store on Central St. in Franklin.

Pat was a former member of The Catholic Daughters of America, Court Annie Nesmith and was a communicant of St. Paul Church. She was formerly president of The Franklin Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. Pat and her husband also sold their wooden crafts at many local Arts & Crafts shows. For many years, she babysat her grandchildren at her home.

Family members include her husband, Andrew N. Nadeau of Tilton; 4 children: Anne Pocock of Meredith, Michael Nadeau of Franklin, James Nadeau of Laconia, and Marie Creasey of Franklin; 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 brothers: David Holden and John Holden, both of Indianapolis, and nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be private. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, Oct. 11th at 1o am in St. Paul Church, Franklin.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

My aunt Pat was very sweet, and had the best last name ever.
